Parkside have recently completed the refurbishment of the ground floor public areas including Reception, Lounge and bar areas.

The project also included the installation of two glass revolving doors and pass doors plus refurbishment of the bar external glass curtain walling and a glass and stainless steel balustrade to the first floor restaurant terrace.

The existing reception area was completely stripped out and a new reception area formed comprising internal walls, doors and frames, reception desk pods, laminate and mirror wall and column cladding, electrical work and new light fittings, amtico flooring, decoration work and new loose furniture.

The lounge area has been refurbished to incorporate feature screens, column cladding, business booths with fixed seating, alterations to the existing coffered ceilings, electrical installation and new light fittings.

Amtico flooring and carpeting has been installed as well as curtains, blinds and loose furniture.

The existing bar area was completely stripped out and a new bar and dining area formed comprising new internal walls, a new bar and coffee station servery areas  with associated back fittings, column cladding and fixed seating.

Alterations to existing coffered ceilings with electrical installation and new light fittings installed and decoration work including digitally produced wall coverings were carried out.

The new flooring comprised Amtico flooring and carpeted areas.

Glazed screens were fitted with fixed and loose furniture installed.

New glass revolving doors and pass doors have been installed in the new reception area and the bar and dining area.

Clear glass was installed to the existing curtain walling of the bar dining area to improve the visual aspect towards the sea front.
